Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

🧀 You will need:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices (about 16–20)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara (optional, for inside or for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

🍕 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a round circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Layer the fillings in the center of each dough circle:
    • 1 tsp of pizza sauce (optional)
    • A pinch of mozzarella cheese
    • 1-2 pepperoni slices
  4. Fold and seal the edges of the dough around the filling to form a ball. Pinch seams tightly to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Top each bomb with 1 pepperoni slice and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush over the tops of the bombs.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and more Italian seasoning after baking.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza or marinara sauce for dipping!
