500 g (1 lb) pasta (penne or rigatoni)
500 g (1 lb) ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups marinara or tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
1 tbsp olive oil
š©āš³ Instructions:
Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion and cook 2ā3 minutes.
Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add flavor
Stir in chopped red bell pepper, tomato sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 5ā7 minutes.
Mix everything
Add cooked pasta to the beef sauce and mix well.
Assemble
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.
Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20ā25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
