- Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 large egg
½ cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil or non-stick spray (for grilling)
Instructions:
Prepare Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, parsley (if using), mayonnaise, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Form Patties:
Divide mixture into 4–6 equal portions and shape into patties about ½-inch thick.
Preheat Grill or Skillet:
Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly grease with olive oil or non-stick spray.
Cook Patties:
Cook patties 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and no longer pink inside.
Serve:
Place burgers on buns and add desired toppings such as lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
