Baked Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place in the baking dish.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F/71°C).

Serve hot with your favorite sauce or over spaghetti.

Cook Time: 25–30 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes
