Ingredients:

8 oz fettuccine

1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped

8 oz crab meat

1 salmon fillet, cooked and flaked

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Directions:

Cook the Fettuccine:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Garlic:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil or a tablespoon of butter if desired. Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Make the Alfredo Sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Cajun seasoning. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Add the Seafood:
Gently fold in the chopped lobster, crab meat, and flaked salmon. Simmer for 3–5 minutes to heat through, allowing the flavors to blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine with Pasta:
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce.

Garnish and Serve:
Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
