
Ingredients:
For the Chicken Bites:
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces.
3 tbsp butter.
4 cloves garlic, minced.
1 tsp smoked paprika.
1 tsp Cajun seasoning.
Salt and black pepper, to taste.
For the Spicy Cajun Alfredo Pasta:
12 oz twisted pasta (fusilli or rotini).
2 tbsp butter.
3 cloves garlic, minced.
1.5 cups heavy cream.
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste).
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat).
Salt and black pepper, to taste.
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).
Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chicken bites, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt.
