
π Ingredients:
4β5 small cucumbers (or 2 large), sliced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
2β3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)

Slice the cucumbers and onion thinly and place them in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together vinegar, water, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and dill until sugar dissolves.
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (better if 2β3 hours).
Stir before serving.
