Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top for the wings to bake evenly.
- Prepare the Chicken Wings:
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
- Bake the Wings:
- Place the wings on the wire rack and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Cream and Cheese:
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat the Wings:
- Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
- Serve:
- Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.
