Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top for the wings to bake evenly.
  1. Prepare the Chicken Wings:
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
  1. Bake the Wings:
  • Place the wings on the wire rack and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.
  1. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
  • While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  1. Add Cream and Cheese:
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Coat the Wings:
  • Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
  1. Serve:
  • Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.
