the Seafood Chowder recipe:

Ingredients:

– ΒΌ cup butter

– 1 medium onion, diced

– 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

– ΒΌ teaspoon thyme

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 1 pound mussels, scrubbed and debearded

– 1 pound clams, scrubbed

– 1 cup fish stock

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 2 potatoes, diced

– Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions:

1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add onion, Old Bay seasoning, and thyme. Cook until onion is softened.

3. Add garlic, shrimp, mussels, and clams. Cook until seafood is lightly browned.

4. Add fish stock, heavy cream, and potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or chives, if desired.
