In another bowl, beat egg whites + salt until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture.
Scoop small mounds onto the baking sheet (about 1–2 tablespoons each).
Bake for 18–22 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
Let cool completely before serving.
