🛒 Ingredients:
2 lbs (about 1 kg) potatoes, peeled and diced
3 large eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
½ cup chopped celery
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish (optional but recommended)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Paprika (for garnish)

Boil the potatoes
Place diced potatoes in a pot, cover with salted water, and boil for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and let cool.
Boil the eggs
Boil eggs for 10 minutes, cool in cold water, peel, and chop.
Make the dressing
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Combine everything
Add cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, onion, and relish. Gently mix until coated.
Chill
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Garnish
Sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
