Cold Pasta Salad with Veggies, Cheese, and Ham

Ingredients
300 g pasta (fusilli or rotini)
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 small zucchini, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cooking cream (or heavy cream)
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil or butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add zucchini, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly soft.
Stir in the diced ham and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Pour in the cream, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer gently.
Add cooked pasta and mix well.
Sprinkle in cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
🌟 Tips
Add mushrooms or sweet corn for extra flavor
For a lighter version, use cooking yogurt instead of cream
Finish with grated parmesan on top 😋
