36 Oreo cookies
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
12 oz (340 g) semi-sweet or milk chocolate, melted
Pink candy melts or white chocolate (optional, for coating)
Valentine sprinkles (optional)

Crush the Oreos
Place Oreos in a food processor and blend until fine crumbs (include the cream).
Mix with cream cheese
Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth and fully combined.
Shape the truffles
Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
Place on a lined tray and chill for 20โ€“30 minutes until firm.
Dip in chocolate
Dip each ball into melted chocolate or pink candy melts.
Let excess drip off.
Decorate
Add sprinkles or drizzle with white/dark chocolate before coating sets.
Set & serve
Let truffles set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10โ€“15 minutes.
