🧾 Ingredients

Crust

  • 200 g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
  • 100 g melted butter

Cream Filling

  • 250 ml cold whipping cream
  • 200 g cream cheese (soft)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Fruit

  • 2 bananas (sliced)
  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • A few blueberries (optional, for decoration)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust
    • Crush the biscuits finely.
    • Mix with melted butter.
    • Press firmly into a pie dish.
    • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Make the cream filling
    • Whip the cold cream until stiff.
    • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Assemble
    • Spread a thin layer of cream over the crust.
    • Add a layer of banana slices and strawberries.
    • Pour the remaining cream mixture on top.
    • Smooth the surface.
  4. Decorate
    • Arrange banana slices and strawberries on top.
    • Add blueberries if you like.
  5. Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
