Ingredients :

2 lobster tails (about 5–6 oz each)

3 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional but delicious)

Chopped parsley or chives, for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Use kitchen scissors to cut through the top shell lengthwise.

Gently lift the lobster meat and rest it on top of the shell (“butterfly” style).

Season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Sear the Lobster

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the lobster tails, meat-side down, and sear for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.

Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes, then remove and set aside.

Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice.

Stir and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.

Finish the Dish

Return the lobster tails to the skillet.

Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over them and simmer for about 3 minutes, or until the lobster is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.

Add Parmesan if using, and mix it into the sauce.

Serve

Plate the lobster tails and spoon extra sauce over the top.

Garnish with parsley or chives and serve with lemon wedges.
