
Ingredients:
1 lb sea scallops (cleaned and patted dry)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Place scallops in a greased baking dish in a single layer.
Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the scallops.
In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture over the scallops.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until scallops are tender and topping is golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot with rice or veggies
