
Ingredients:
2 eggs
125 ml milk
100 ml vegetable oil
110 g sugar
230 g all-purpose flour
9 g baking powder
Chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 3 minutes.
In one bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, and milk.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix well.
Pour batter halfway into silicone or foil muffin molds. Top with chocolate chips and a bit more batter.
Air fry for 10 minutes. Check with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, they’re done.
Cool on a rack. Enjoy warm for breakfast or a snack!
