7-Up Biscuits (fluffy + buttery)

Ingredients
4 cups Bisquick (plus extra for dusting)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 7-Up
1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
Mix: In a bowl, stir Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up. The dough will be very soft/sticky—totally normal.
Dust & gently fold (the key!): Generously dust your counter with extra Bisquick. Scrape the dough onto the floured surface, sprinkle a little more mix on top, then gently fold/knead 2–3 times—just until the outside is coated and the dough is manageable (still soft).
Shape: Pat to about 3/4–1″ thick. Cut with a round cutter (re-dust cutter as needed).
(No cutter? Drop heaping spoonfuls instead.)
Butter pan: Pour melted butter into a 9×13 or sheet pan. Place biscuits right in the butter.
Bake: 425°F for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
Buttery bottoms, pillowy middles.
