
Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
4 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into wedges.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper together. Toss the potato wedges in this mixture until well coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the wedges in a single layer, skin-side down. Bake for around 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
