📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 medium boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled chicken (shredded or finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp carrot (grated or finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp spring onion
  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp ginger (minced)
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper powder – to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1 egg

👩‍🍳 Process:

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes.
  2. Add boiled chicken, vegetables (capsicum, carrot, spring onion), green chili, parsley, garlic, ginger, and all spices.
  3. Add cornflour, cheese, and one egg. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into patties or balls.
  5. Coat each piece with breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
