
📝 Ingredients:
- 2 medium boiled potatoes
- 1 cup boiled chicken (shredded or finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
- 2 tbsp carrot (grated or finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp spring onion
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- ½ tsp garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp ginger (minced)
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper powder – to taste
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1 egg
👩🍳 Process:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes.
- Add boiled chicken, vegetables (capsicum, carrot, spring onion), green chili, parsley, garlic, ginger, and all spices.
- Add cornflour, cheese, and one egg. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into patties or balls.
- Coat each piece with breadcrumbs.
- Fry on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
