AIR FRYER PARMESAN CHICKEN TENDERS πŸ§„πŸ§€πŸ—
WHAT YOU NEED
1 ΒΌ lbs boneless, skinless chicken tenders
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
3 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp paprika
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
HOW TO MAKE IT
Set Up Bowls – In one bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, mix olive oil (or butter) with garlic. In a third bowl, mix basil, paprika, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan.
Coat Chicken – Dredge tenders in flour, shake off excess, dip in oil/butter mixture, then coat fully in breadcrumb mixture.
Air Fry – Place tenders in air fryer basket. Cook at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 9 minutes, flip, then cook another 8–9 minutes until golden and 165Β°F (74Β°C) internally.
Serve – Enjoy hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
