🧀 Cheesy Stuffed Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces) or homemade dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a cheese blend)
  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch each)
  • 1–2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • Set to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Dough
    • Flatten each biscuit into a circle (about 4 inches wide).
  3. Add Cheese Filling
    • Place 1 mozzarella cube in the center.
    • Sprinkle some shredded cheddar over the mozzarella.
  4. Seal Rolls
    • Wrap dough around the cheese, pinch edges to seal, and roll into a ball.
  5. Flavor the Tops
    • Place balls seam-side down in a greased or lined baking pan.
    • Brush with melted butter.
    • Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan if using.
  6. Bake
    • Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
  7. Serve
    • Enjoy warm—perfect with marinara sauce for dipping.
