🧀 Cheesy Stuffed Bread Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces) or homemade dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a cheese blend)
- 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch each)
- 1–2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
- Set to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Dough
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle (about 4 inches wide).
- Add Cheese Filling
- Place 1 mozzarella cube in the center.
- Sprinkle some shredded cheddar over the mozzarella.
- Seal Rolls
- Wrap dough around the cheese, pinch edges to seal, and roll into a ball.
- Flavor the Tops
- Place balls seam-side down in a greased or lined baking pan.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan if using.
- Bake
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
- Serve
- Enjoy warm—perfect with marinara sauce for dipping.
