Sizzling Garlic Butter Sirloin Steak Bites
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or lemon juice for garnish
Directions:
Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or cast-iron pan over high heat until shimmering.
Add steak bites in a single layer without crowding the pan. Sear for 2 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Work in batches if needed.
Remove steak bites and set aside on a plate.
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and let it melt. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter for another 1–2 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with a touch of lemon juice or red pepper flakes for added zing.
