Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
🧀 You will need:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices (about 16–20)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara (optional, for inside or for dipping)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
🍕 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Flatten each biscuit into a round circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Layer the fillings in the center of each dough circle:
- 1 tsp of pizza sauce (optional)
- A pinch of mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 pepperoni slices
- Fold and seal the edges of the dough around the filling to form a ball. Pinch seams tightly to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Top each bomb with 1 pepperoni slice and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and more Italian seasoning after baking.
- Serve warm with extra pizza or marinara sauce for dipping!
