Bacon Wrapped Ranch Chicken

You Will Need:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 bacon strips (regular cut)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken:
    Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil. You can also season with ranch seasoning or a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, parsley, and salt & pepper for ranch flavor.
  3. Wrap with Bacon:
    Wrap 3 bacon strips around each chicken breast, securing ends underneath or with toothpicks.
  4. Bake:
    Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Optional Broil:
    For crispier bacon, broil
