Ingredients
4 pork chops, preferably boneless or thick-cut
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 can (10.5 oz / 298 g) cream of chicken soup
½ cup chicken broth or water
1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for searing)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
Season the pork chops with black pepper and garlic powder.
Optional: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth/water.
Pour the mixture over the pork chops.
Cover and cook:
LOW: 4–6 hours
HIGH: 2–3 hours
Spoon the creamy ranch sauce over the pork chops before serving.
🍽️ Serve with: mashed potatoes, rice, roasted vegetables, or green beans.
Tip: Don’t overcook the pork chops—the exact time depends on their thickness. A food thermometer should reach 145°F / 63°C in the thickest part.
