16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1โ2 tbsp honey (optional but recommended)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup fresh chopped herbs (parsley or chives work great)
3/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1 cup pecans, finely chopped (to coat the outside)
Instructions
- Make the Cheese Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine:
Cream cheese
Cheddar
Honey
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt & pepper
Half of the cranberries
Half of the herbs
Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Shape the Ball
Transfer mixture onto plastic wrap.
Wrap tightly and shape into a ball.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight) to firm up.
- Coat the Cheese Ball
On a plate, mix together:
Remaining chopped cranberries
Remaining herbs
All the chopped pecans
Roll the chilled cheese ball in this mixture until evenly coated.
- Serve
Place on a platter with:

Sliced baguette
Apple slices
Serve chilled or allow it to soften slightly for easier spreading.
