- 2 lobster tails (or 1 whole lobster, split in half)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
👨🍳 INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Prep the Lobster
- Preheat oven to broil (or grill to medium-high).
- Split lobster tails lengthwise and place flesh-side up on a baking sheet.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter
- In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley.
- Mix until smooth and fragrant.
3️⃣ Brush & Cook
- Spread garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
- Broil or grill 8–10 minutes, until lobster is opaque and lightly golden.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
- Garnish with extra parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
