🛒 Ingredients:

4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)
½ cup unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup heavy cream
½ tsp lemon juice
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup shredded parmesan or gruyère (optional but amazing)
👩‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Prep the Lobster:
Cut through the top shell with kitchen shears and gently lift the meat over the shell, keeping it attached at the base. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let simmer until slightly thickened (2–3 mins).
3️⃣ Assemble:
Place the prepared lobster tails in a baking dish. Generously spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over each.
Top with shredded cheese if using.
4️⃣ Broil to Perfection:
Broil on high for 7–10 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and lightly golden on top.
