2 large onions, sliced π§

1/2 cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes π

- Season the Brisket
Season both sides with salt and black pepper π§ - Sear for Flavor
Heat a little oil in a large pan and brown the brisket on both sides π₯ - Prepare for Slow Cooking
Place the brisket in a slow cooker or deep baking dish π² - Add Aromatics & Sauce
Add onions, garlic, carrots, broth, tomato sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar π π₯π§ - Cook Slowly
Slow cooker: 6β8 hours on low β°
Oven: 160Β°C (320Β°F) for 3β4 hours π₯
- Rest & Slice
Remove the brisket and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing π₯© - Serve
