- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark, as preferred)
- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, or mixed)
- 1/2 cup crushed biscuits or cornflakes (optional, for extra crunch)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Paper cupcake liners or a baking tray with parchment paper

- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Mix ingredients: Stir in chopped nuts, crushed biscuits/cornflakes (if using), and vanilla extract until evenly coated.
- Shape the clusters: Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners or drop spoonfuls onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
