  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark, as preferred)
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, or mixed)
  • 1/2 cup crushed biscuits or cornflakes (optional, for extra crunch)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Paper cupcake liners or a baking tray with parchment paper
