  2. Dissolve gelatin (or agar-agar) in hot water and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine strawberry puree and condensed milk.
  4. Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the strawberry mixture.
  5. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour into a square or rectangular dish.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30โ€“45 minutes until slightly set.

  2. In a saucepan, heat milk, condensed milk, and cornstarch over medium heat until it thickens slightly.
