1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (blended into a puree)
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream (cold)

1 cup milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream (cold)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:
Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings (for dusting)

- Make the Strawberry Layer
- Dissolve gelatin (or agar-agar) in hot water and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine strawberry puree and condensed milk.
- Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the strawberry mixture.
- Add the dissolved gelatin and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a square or rectangular dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30โ45 minutes until slightly set.
- Make the Vanilla Layer
- In a saucepan, heat milk, condensed milk, and cornstarch over medium heat until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let it cool a bit.
- Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the cream into the cooled vanilla mixture.
- Add dissolved gelatin and mix well.
- Pour over the set strawberry layer carefully.
- Chill for at least 4โ6 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
- Add the Topping
- Once firm, dust the top evenly with cocoa powder or sprinkle chocolate shavings.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
