Here’s a Quick, Flour-Free Recipe: 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies—gluten-free, simple, and delicious! 

 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup peanut butter (natural or regular)

½ cup sugar (or a sugar substitute like coconut sugar)

• 1 egg

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

3. Scoop dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.

5. Cool & Enjoy! Let cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
