Stuffed Cannelloni with Ground Meat and Tomato Sauce

A comforting, delicious pasta dish filled with savory ground meat and baked in a rich tomato sauce—perfect for a cozy meal at home!
Ingredients:
- 12 cannelloni tubes
- 400 g (about 14 oz) ground meat (beef or a meat blend)
- 500 ml (2 cups) tomato sauce
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 100 g (about 1 cup) grated cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Herbes de Provence (or Italian seasoning), to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and garlic in a bit of oil until golden and fragrant.
- Add the ground meat and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Fill the uncooked cannelloni tubes with the meat mixture.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and arrange the stuffed cannelloni over it.
- Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the pasta is tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
