Strawberry Banana Cream Dessert
Ingredients:
- 2 boxes of vanilla wafers
- 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 container of fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 (5 oz.) box of French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container of frozen whipped topping (thawed), or an equal amount of sweetened whipped cream
Instructions:
- Line the bottom of a 13×9 inch dish with one box of vanilla wafers. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix. Blend using a hand mixer until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until everything is well blended.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the layer of cookies and bananas. Sprinkle the chopped strawberries on top.
- Add a final layer of vanilla wafers over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
