Pear & Gorgonzola Flatbread with Arugula & Honey Drizzle
Ingredients:
1 flatbread or naan
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup fresh arugula
1 teaspoon honey
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread lightly with olive oil. Arrange pear slices evenly across the top, then sprinkle with crumbled Gorgonzola.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread edges are crisp.
Remove from oven and immediately top with fresh arugula. Drizzle with honey and season with black pepper.
Slice and serve warm as an elegant appetizer or light lunch.
