Mango lime cheesecake: a homemade treat that impresses

Ingredients :

– 200g de biscuits au beurre

– 90g de beurre fondu

– 300g of fresh cheese

– 150 g mango, in puree

– 3 eggs

– 100g de sucre

– The juice and the zest of 2 lemons

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

2. Mash the biscuits with butter and mix with the melted butter.

3. Spread this mixture into the bottom of a hinged mold and squeeze well.

4. In a salad bowl, mix grated cheese, mango puree, sugar, eggs, juice and zest of lime until you achieve a smooth texture.

5. Pour this mix over the biscuit base and smooth the top.

6. Baking for 45 minutes. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
