Light Yogurt Dressing for Salads and Crudités
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh herbs (optional)
- Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and pressed garlic.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your taste.
- Optionally, add some chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, or coriander.
- Mix well until the dressing is smooth and well blended.
- Drizzle over your salads and raw vegetables just before serving.
