Light Yogurt Dressing for Salads and Crudités

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs (optional)
  • Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and pressed garlic.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to your taste.
  3. Optionally, add some chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, or coriander.
  4. Mix well until the dressing is smooth and well blended.
  5. Drizzle over your salads and raw vegetables just before serving.

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Serves: Enough to dress a salad for 4 people
