LEMON PEPPER WINGS – BAKED OR AIR FRIED
Ingredients
1 pound chicken wings
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pat the chicken wings nice and dry with paper towels. This helps them get that crispiness we all love.
3. In a bowl, toss the wings with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper. Make sure every wing gets a good coating of flavor.
4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet or in your air fryer basket, keeping them in a single layer so they cook evenly.
5. If you’re baking, cook for 40-45 minutes and flip them halfway through. If you’re using the air fryer, go for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket or turning them over halfway until they’re crispy and cooked through.
