Ginger, Lemon & Honey Tea

🍵 Ginger, Lemon & Honey Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized lemon (preferably organic)
- 1-2 inches of fresh ginger root
- 1–2 tablespoons of raw honey
- 2 cups of water
🧑🍳 Instructions:
- Peel and slice the ginger thinly.
- In a saucepan, boil the ginger in 2 cups of water for about 10–15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Squeeze in the juice of one lemon.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of raw honey and stir well.
- Strain and serve warm.
🕒 How to Use:
- Drink 1–2 cups daily, especially in the morning or before bed.
- For chronic cough or congestion, drink warm (not hot) for better soothing effect.
✅ Optional Additions:
- A pinch of cayenne pepper (for extra mucus-clearing power)
- Turmeric (anti-inflammatory)
