Ingredients
For the Lobster:
• 2 lobster tails (meat removed and chopped)
• 1 tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
• Chopped parsley for garnish
For the Alfredo Pasta:
• 6 oz fettuccine
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook Pasta:
• Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
2. Sauté Lobster:
• In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter.
• Add chopped lobster meat, season with salt, pepper & paprika.
• Cook 3–4 mins until opaque and lightly golden. Remove from pan.
3. Make Alfredo Sauce:
• In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
• Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
• Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
• Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
• Season with salt & pepper.
4. Combine & Serve:
• Add cooked fettuccine and pasta water to the sauce. Toss to coat.
• Plate the pasta, top with warm lobster, and garnish with chopped parsley.
