Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of espresso or dissolved instant coffee
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 7 g of gelatin
- 5 tablespoons of hot water
- 500 ml of cold milk cream (whipping cream)
- Melted chocolate
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the espresso or dissolved instant coffee with the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- In another cup, dissolve the gelatin in the hot water, stirring well to avoid lumps.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the coffee and condensed milk mixture. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cold cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the coffee mixture into the whipped cream and stir until smooth and homogeneous.
- Pour the mixture into cups or disposable molds of your choice. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for about 5 hours.
- Once frozen, remove the ice cream from the molds (you can dip the molds in warm water to help release them if needed).
- Dip the ice cream bars in melted chocolate, let it set, and enjoy this delicious coffee treat!
