Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of espresso or dissolved instant coffee
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 7 g of gelatin
  • 5 tablespoons of hot water
  • 500 ml of cold milk cream (whipping cream)
  • Melted chocolate

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the espresso or dissolved instant coffee with the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  2. In another cup, dissolve the gelatin in the hot water, stirring well to avoid lumps.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatin to the coffee and condensed milk mixture. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the cold cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  5. Gently fold the coffee mixture into the whipped cream and stir until smooth and homogeneous.
  6. Pour the mixture into cups or disposable molds of your choice. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for about 5 hours.
  7. Once frozen, remove the ice cream from the molds (you can dip the molds in warm water to help release them if needed).
  8. Dip the ice cream bars in melted chocolate, let it set, and enjoy this delicious coffee treat!
