Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites

Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites
Ingredients:
1 loaf brioche or Texas toast bread, cut into bite-sized cubes
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for pan)
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Add the bread cubes and toss gently until each piece is well coated. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to absorb the mixture.
Heat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter.
Cook the soaked bread cubes in batches, turning until all sides are golden brown and slightly crispy (about 6–8 minutes total per batch).
In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth to make the glaze.
Stack the warm French toast bites on a plate and drizzle generously with glaze. Serve immediately!
