Ingredients :
2tbsp Butter
1tbsp Oil
3 Green Cardamoms
1.5 Onions Paste
500g Chicken
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2tbsp Coriander Powder
1tsp Chilli Flakes
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Cumin Powder
1tsp Salt or as per taste
1/2 Cup Curd (whisked)
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Fresh Cream
1tsp Kasuri Methi
1/2tsp Garam Masala

Tadka :
1tbsp Oil
1tbsp Butter
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tomato
1 Capsicum
1 inch Ginger (Juliennes)
2 – 3 Green Chillies (slitted)

Method :
1. Heat oil + butter in a pan. Add green cardamom. Saute for few seconds.
2. Add onion paste and cook till oil separates. Do not brown.
3. Add chicken. Cook till it changes color.
4. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 2 mins.
5. Add spices and salt. Mix well.
6. Add whisked curd. Cook till oil separates.
7. Add water and bring to a boil.
8. Cover and cook for 8 – 10 mins.
9. Add fresh cream, kasuri methi and garam masala. Mix well cook for 2 mins
10. For tadka, heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Saute for few seconds. Add tomato, capsicum, ginge and chillies. Saute for 1 – 2 mins.
11. Add it it the gravy and mix well. Cook for a minute.
12. Serve with rice, roti or breab and enjoy.
