Ingredients 🛒
For the cookie base:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
For the cheesecake filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For topping:
1/2 cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1/3 cup chopped toffee bits or chocolate-covered candy pieces

1️⃣ Make Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Scoop into small balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
