Big Mac Wraps

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef (85/15 or leaner)

• Salt & pepper, to taste

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 cup shredded lettuce

• ½ cup diced pickles

• ½ cup diced onions

• Optional: tomato slices (not traditional, but tasty!)

For the Big Mac Sauce:

• ½ cup mayo

• 2 tbsp ketchup

• 1 tbsp yellow mustard

• 2 tsp sweet pickle relish

• 1 tsp white vinegar

• ½ tsp onion powder

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• Pinch of paprika

Mix all sauce ingredients together and refrigerate while you prep the rest.

Instructions:

1. Cook the Beef:

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Break it up and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.

2. Warm the Tortillas:

Microwave tortillas for 15–20 seconds to soften (or warm in a dry skillet).

3. Assemble the Wraps:

Spread 1–2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Layer on cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar, pickles, onions, and shredded lettuce.

4. Wrap It Up:

Fold in the sides and roll into a wrap (burrito-style). For extra flavor and texture, you can toast each wrap in a dry skillet or panini press until golden and crispy.

5. Serve:

Slice in half and serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
