CLASSIC STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SLICE 🍓🍰

☑️INGREDIENTS

Graham Cracker Crust

1½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup (50g) sugar

6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

3 (8 oz / 680g) blocks cream cheese, room temperature

1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup (120g) sour cream

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

¼ cup (60ml) whole milk

Optional: ½ cup chopped strawberries (mixed into the batter)

Strawberry Topping

1½ cups fresh strawberries (halved or whole)

½ cup (120g) strawberry jam or sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

☑️INSTRUCTIONS

1. Crust
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

2. Filling
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, flour, and milk. Fold in chopped strawberries if using.

3. Bake
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50–60 mins until center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off oven and let cheesecake rest inside for 1 hour. Cool to room temp, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Topping
Heat jam with lemon juice until slightly thin. Let cool. Arrange fresh strawberries on top of cheesecake and spoon the glaze over them.
