I always try out new recipes when I see it.
This is a definite must make recipe dear Foodies.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon melted butter
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar, coconut milk, and melted butter until smooth.
Gradually add the flour, stirring to form a lump-free batter.
Gently fold in the baking powder.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 °F (180 °C) for about 30 minutes, until golden.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top while still hot.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
