Banana Medallions
🍌 Ingredients:
210 g of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
5 g of dry yeast
1 œuf
3 tablespoons of oil.
80 ml of milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
6 bananas
Oil for frying
1 cup of sugar
Cinnamon powder to taste
👩 🍳 Preparation:
In a bowl, gradually mix flour, sugar and yeast.
Add the egg, oil, milk, salt and the rest of the flour. Mix it up well.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rest for 40 minutes.
Spread the dough with a roll and cut in strips.
Wrap each banana in a batter stripe.
Cut the bananas into slices and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a plate.
Coat hot medallions in this mixture and serve immediately.
