Reese’s Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars

Enjoy the irresistible taste of Reese’s in bar form! These no-bake bars feature a rich, creamy peanut butter base topped with a smooth layer of chocolate. Perfect for quick treats, parties, or when you’re craving something sweet without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

For the Base:

  • 1 cup (240g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups (250g) powdered sugar
  • 2 cups (200g) graham cracker crumbs

For the Chocolate Topping:

  • 1½ cups (260g) semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup (120g) creamy peanut butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well blended.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.

2. Make the Chocolate Topping
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and melted.

3. Assemble and Chill
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the bars are firm.

4. Cut and Serve
Let the bars sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing to make cutting easier.
Slice into squares or bars and enjoy!
